[Bug] EV3 Missing hub_menu module

Expected behavior
The hub_menu code to be implemented for EV3

Thanks for opening this issue! And thanks for giving EV3 a try. Much appreciated.

I suppose we could add that function, but do we need it? It was introduced on Spike due to the lack of a better way to run more than one program. The latest version for Spike supports multiple slots now, so we probably don't need it there anymore either.

For EV3, there is already a slot selector (especially if we fix the __main__ name issue.) The hub_menu is just a convenience function to display a number and wait for button presses (i.e. it is not a special firmware function). Maybe we could add an example Python function that does exactly that?
