Hi, unlikely in the near future... If I had time to do anything, I would develop a new program from scratch: NextCFU, using a more modern approach (CNN, JS+html UI, ...). Maybe one day, or with some help...

Anyway, thank you for creating this great piece of software, it literally saved my wife weeks of labor. Looking forward to seeing NextCFU!
