A CFU counter with a library for Image processing

Hello Quentin,

We are four developpers from Lille, a city in the north of France. So sorry for the poor english ^^

We are starting a new project which will allow reserchers to count organism in CFU.
We chose to restrain the project to rather large organism because the idea is to use your own phone to take the pictures. It exists already on Iphones but not on android.
We will probably use openCV to help us, we are still discussing which new technologie will fit.
Feel free to tell me if you want to follow our project. We also might need some of your advice sometimes, if that interests you to discuss that.
