Seems like there is an issue with sync configuration feature in TUI as it doesn't update mdadm config file (/etc/mdadm.conf) -> this will cause an issue after ESOS reboot as mdadm is not able to reassemble the array.
My workaround was to create the array in TUI again and store running config of mdadm (mdadm --detail --scan >> /etc/mdadm.conf) into persistent config.
