Password is displayed as clear text in Terminal and in logs

Mainframe password is displayed as clear text in Terminal and also logged into the logs. We couldn't find a way to hide the password.

The above fix is not really complete because the password can easily be revealed simply by selecting the password field in the UI which results in the password being displayed in the clear. The "hidden" field text appears to use the background colour for the foreground text but it is inverted to be readable when you highlight the text by selected it.
