Document Errors in Iris

We need to define and document error handling.

• Thrown by Iris client:
  • Timeout.
  • Broken Pipe.
• Thrown by remote service:
  • Unexpected runtime error.
  • Custom rejection.

@Istar-Eldritch Was this finished and we just need to close the ticket, or it still needs to be done? (It is in backlog of closed project)

Not finished, the basic definition is correct but the implementation is missing. I have already a good idea on how to do the implementation should be after seeing the shortages in error handling for a couple months now.
