SmartCircuit new API

i installed a SmartCircuit module and captured on/off with maestro and HTTP Toolkit. i notice the current FranklinWH app on Android uses different APIs than v2026.2.1. i will add more detail here as i correlate the data.

two new cmdType: 387 for configuration and 389 for status, returning 388 and 390 respectively. these are captures of each:

387 updates configuration with opt=1 and accepts minimal data to update, e.g., to merge 1 & 2:
