Opus audio encoder not able to do 5.1 or 7.1 channel encoding

the opus encoder in qsvenc should be able to encode to 5.1 or 7.1 as well besides the default mono and stereo.

tried running it with libopus with a few known ffmpeg filters but no luck.

please update libopus and the encoder to support opus encoding for higher channel counts.

libopus was already 1.6.1.

I've updated to QSVEnc 8.11 having fixes for encoding 5.1/7.1 for libopus.

Thnx I will try this out this week when I have a chance to modify the flow, and I saw nvenc did got the same update but vceenc didn't receive the opus update yet? Is it coming in the feature release or should I open an seperate thread for it.?
