Making windows Click-Through

Is it possible to make windows click-through, so when they are /TOP they cannot be interracted with? (I'm aware of /DIS).

It is, but not (currently) with cmdow - try NirCmd instead: nircmd win +exstyle WINDOW 0x80020 (replace + with - to restore).
