Clarify CTF CA position in Article 5 and Article 6 #22
Description
5 RITSEC § E(II) states "Two Competiton architects will be elected."
- This will need to be changed to "Three Competiton Architects will be elected."
6 RITSEC § A(V) is missing CTF CA.
- Add CTF CA to 6 RITSEC § A(V)(E) along with IRSeC Competition Architect so it would be "IRSeC/CTF Competition Architect"
