Add a way to install only certain tools

I'm not very versed in this world but it would be nice to be able to choose which specific tools to install.
I have tried copying only the tools I wanted but as expected, it didn't work.

Hi @adrianPrestamo - that is a good feedback! In theory, tools should "just work" outside the repo, but I ended up making some of them rely on each other/some third_party tools...

Which specific tool you tested and failed? I guess that perhaps some form of auto-install dependencies could be a good fix for this use case.

I tried copying the shims tool only but couldnt make it work. Probably it was more of a me doing it wrong but I don't know
