Implement profiles/command functionality

The concept can be looked at with open box: there, you have options that are folders that have more programs/folders, or just a program itself. This is a similar concept, except profiles have the additional functionally of only appearing with a conditional.

• Profiles keep a set of other profiles/commands
• Profiles have conditional statements, which are
  - Which modifier key is used
  - Which program is currently selected
  - what mouse chord is used.
