Module request: web app

Implement a fully-integrated web app that can integrate with module 01 Operating Room apps.
It should:

1. Reuse of the existing data model/system arch.
2. Be able to run either natively or via the rticom/web-integration-service image.
3. Optionally run with security enabled.
