We should support deep linking; i.e. linking to individual cells
I think there are a couple pieces to this
- Getting links to specific cells
- UX for opening deeplinks
I think for UX we might want to add a "book marks" navigation; similar to the open tabs window in the left hand pane
When a user clicks a deep link we add it to the bookmarks
Users can also add their own book marks in order to quickly navigate between different location
