The problem

Anchor not working , so when fetching data from the ring, we didn't really fetch what is expected. Consequently sleepSession, dailyMetric and other infos are not retreived

found serious issue in the BLE frame construction. I'm currently refactoring the all Oura frame construction , results are encouraging. No needs for timestamp-guard as this was due to a bad frame consrruction
