[Feature request] Statusline could show model based on current session model, not on global settings

Hello,

First, thanks for a great tool.

I've stumbled upon either a bug or something that has not been implemented yet.

I work on different tabs with Claude Code, through Warp, and according to my tab/CC session, the model used is different. But this is not reflected in the status bar, look below

Nothing urgent or important, but I thought I'd open a Feature request!

The model.display_name field in the statusLine stdin JSON (CC 2.1.80+) contains the current session's model, not the global setting. Each CC instance gets its own stdin call with its own model info, so multiple tabs with different models display correctly.

If ccusage's statusline is reading from ~/.claude/settings.json, switching to stdin would fix this. claude-pace does it this way.
