Hi,
Around four years ago WindDrake created an open source 4 Mbit Sega CD Backup RAM Cart. Some folks in China started manufacturing it recently and selling it on Aliexpress. I ordered one to try it out and it works great just like my official 1 Mbit Sega CD Backup RAM Cart. However, the Sanni Cart Reader cannot read and dump the SRAM on the open source 4 Mbit Sega CD Backup RAM Cart. It will display "Not CD Backup RAM Cart" when attempting to dump it. Can you add support for this? Also, there is the 4 Mbit Ultra CD RAM Cart by DB Electronics https://rondoproducts.com/products/ultra-cd-ram-cart , but I no longer possess that cart to test it.
