Root Cause Found:

Node.js Version Mismatch - The package-lock.json specified node >=6 while package.json required node >=20. This inconsistency was causing the CI Unit Tests to fail on the Node.js 20.x, 22.x, and 24.x matrix.

Fix Applied:

• Updated package-lock.json to align Node.js version requirement with package.json (>=20)
• Committed fix: ad9b288 - "fix: align package-lock.json Node.js version with package.json"
