Random crashes

Randomly the app seems to crash.
This often happens when the app was in background and taken to foreground again.

Also it sometimes flickers. This could be an endless loop updating the model.

Also happens to me, in recent version it happens more often. Actually I only observed it when switching the app from background to foreground
