Describe the bug

1. need to make notification tools works: especially SMS, email.
2. need to make sure front-end channel scheme works, wechat, whatsapp, telegram, discord

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. create a simple end-2-end skill with different channel setup, and test it works.

Expected behavior
use can send msg to an agent via wechat, and get llm response back to wechat and via sms.
