Confirm dialog when overwriting existing turn

If I've already uploaded a turn, I should get a confirm dialog if I try to upload it again. Maybe also for playing a turn I've already played?

this is an enhancement that's grouped with a whole lot of auto download, auto unpack, auto launch etc etc etc. enhancements.
