Fullscreen doesn't work properly on Gnome with two monitors

This is probably only caused by one condition or the other. Should try dual monitors on my own computer, and/or single monitor on the gnome one.

It seems the issue comes from using Gnome/Wayland and not the dual monitor setup

This is due to a bug in GLFW 3.3.6, fixed in 3.3.8, where glfwRestoreWindow has unexpected side effects if the window is already fullscreen. Could probably avoid that call, but will need to double check.

Avoiding the call introduces a different bug on X11 where when the window starts fullscreen, leaving fullscreen will maximize it even when it shouldn't be. Will need to wait on the version update.
