Allow to enable/disable individual item slots for Droptimizer. #400

When using the Droptimizer you are always simming all items in a given loot pool, but sometimes you might only be interested in simming just one item slot. For example, you may be interested in finding just your best trinket upgrade. Being able to limit the Droptimizer sim to just the item slots you're interested in will save simulation time (and resources).
Describe the solution you'd like
Add checkboxes in the different item slot section that allow the user to disable a set of items from being included in the Droptimizer sim.
Additionally, this could be extended to allow users to enable/disable loot from specific dungeons/bosses/professions when grouping by those types rather than item slot.
