Item tooltip doesn't show when the cursor is over the "UPG" label

Describe the bug
On a top gear result page the various result rows might show a small "UPG" label over the item icon. (And I think there were other labels too, like for the great vault.) If you mouse over such a label you only see a "Upgraded item" text tooltip, not the actual item tooltip. This is annoying since the actual area for the mouse to hover to show the item tooltip is too small with this. (At least if there are enough results to cause the item icons to be small.)

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open https://www.raidbots.com/simbot/report/eZpg5LEjTGWJ4dTS2jBKEx
2. Hove the mouse over a "UPG" label on one of the item icons in the result rows.

Expected behavior
The item tooltip should be shown.

Additional context
The same is true for the item icons shown in the upper part of the page. But there it's not that annoying because the "UPG" label only covers a small portion of the item icons.
