Remote URL support could use some improvements. It seems to be pretty confusing.
Some ideas:
- Change remote fetching to a radio. It should be an either/or option. URLs are either local or they're remote. I'm still not clear what the interplay is supposed to be.
- In the config screen, support testing the URL and validating the results. This way users can understand the JSON format expectation and whether the URL is reachable.
- Allow HTTP urls? maybe?
