Hi,
I recently read your paper and wanted to use your pipeline for some timelapse images of growing neurons for data extraction. First, I tested with the TestData_example1 soma and nucleus images that came within the source code. Everything appears to run smoothly, it generates CSV files for results, it extracts the videos of the neuron and nucleus channels (using the source PNGs I guess) but in the most exciting moment (rendering all the other type of movies that are segmented), it just says rendering and then just skipping to next item one without any movie file generation (for every other movie extraction except for first two, neuron and nucleus channels). How can I at least find the temp image files that are generated during this processes so that I can render a movie in Fiji etc.?
I am not a programmer but I saw that only difference between the neuron/nucleus channel movies and the other movies is the trkRenderFancy2 function. Did this happen to anyone or is there maybe a solution for this?
Thanks again for your time and the good work you have put
Best
