Default detach keybinding doesn't detach

What happened

I tried the default detach keybinding over an SSH connection in both Ghostty and Terminal.app. I tested at both a fish prompt as well as a Python REPL. I was never able to get the keybinding to detach the session.

What I expected to happen

The keybinding should've detached the session.

To Reproduce

1. SSH to an EC2 instance running Amazon Linux 2023 using fish shell
2. shpool attach foo
3. Optionally, start a Python REPL
4. Press the default detach keybinding (ctrl+space ctrl+q)

Version info

shpool 0.9.3

Logs

No log entries appear when I press the detach keybinding.
