docs: Would like official documention on producing a Windows installer with Shorebird

This has come up 3 times in the last week. Once via email and two via issues:

Users would like official docs as to how to create a windows installer with Shorebird.

This work isn't currently planned, but I'm filing this in case someone would like to write a doc, we'd be happy to publish it. e.g. https://docs.shorebird.dev/code-push/guides/development-workflow/

I raised one of the issues listed.

I think I just want to know which installer method is recommend with shorebird for windows. The shorebird release windows builds an exe file and you can't share an exe file just like that without bundling it into an installer. Meanwhile using inno_setup installer method do not work as patches are not updated.

My guess is we should work with https://github.com/YehudaKremer/msix to add explicit shorebird support.

Yesterday we upgraded to Pro :)
We would love this to be integrated :)
