AI Tools Plan Master Index Library

Purpose

This repository is the central command index for AI tools, coding agents, repo instructions, MCP servers, local servers, remote servers, prompts, registries, and safe automation policies.

Golden Rule

Local repo instructions first. Master library second. Tool defaults third.

Safe Operating Principle

No data loss. No information loss. No feature loss. No silent destructive action. No forced package-manager migration. No global install without permission. No MCP/hook/security change without permission. Small edits, many edits, reversible markers.
