The inconsistent description between github-repo-readme and VSCode extension

As is shown in the figure, the left is the description in github-repo-readme, while the right in VSCode extension is different. In fact, the shortcut keys are ctrl + alt(option on Mac) + direction, could you please update the description in VSCode extension?
