Unmark completed status on later steps when a transcription is updated

I added a missing sentence to the audio, then to the transcription, but APM didn't update the Review Transcription status nor Sync to PT status, so it just jumped to the Done step even though I needed to re-do those steps. (See also #1875 about the UI flow.)

The same happened for me yesterday when I updated the audio: all the verse marking in the Mark Verses step disappeared, but it was still marked as completed. The transcription disappeared (without any warning!) but was still marked as completed, too.
