Description
Currently, it appears Ocular ties decimal and thousands separators to the selected UI language (e.g., German uses . for thousands, and , for decimals).
I, for example would prefer to use English, but I would like the thousands separator as ., and , for decimals.
Maybe I completely looked past an obvious solution?
Solution
- Allow users to select number/currency formatting independently of language.
- For example, a Danish user could use the Danish number format while keeping the UI in English or any other language.
- This would ensure correct decimal and thousand separators without requiring a custom language build.
