Adds Old Norse letter Ǫ/ǫ to charmap. Also known as "O caudata".
The current charmap transforms most north germanic characters correctly (ä/ö/å/ø etc), but leaves out ǫ. While this may seem like somewhat niche use case, slugify is used in few of my dictionary projects that do feature url-slugs with words that contain o-caudata. This makes appearance of those urls more readable.
