Lookup words outside the app

Describe your suggested feature

I suggest to add a feature that lets users lookup words anywhere, even outside the app - useful for mining words on VNs and japanese games.
You can use the Android Media Projection API to get a bitmap screenshot to feed it to the OCR. A start/stop service button in app to request the Android Media Projection API permission and enable/disable the floating button. Pressing the floating button to ocr the current content on screen and allow the user to look up words, same way as manga and novels. Pressing it again to exit the selection mode. The screenshot can be used for the anki export.

EDIT: I managed to add it myself but it's all ai sloppa, so I'm not making a PR.

When you implement it, since most VNs and games are not full screen, can you also add some cropping presets? in addition to full screen and manual crop, I'd add these cropping options: 16:9 (most VNs), 4:3 (most ps2 games), 3:2 (GBA games) and 1:1 (idk just for completeness).
