[bug] Reference Guide Key Hint Assumes Mac Keyboard

Describe the bug

In Sourcebot, you'll often see the hint: . This is helpful for users using a Mac Keyboard, but the '⌘' key does not exist on PC keyboards. For users with non-Mac keyboards it should be replaced by 'Ctrl'.

To reproduce

Navigate to the Sourcebot homepage on a PC while using a non-Mac keyboard. and scroll to the bottom. Observe that the Reference Guide hint shows up as
