[Feature] Migrate sidebar from Agents to Humans

Issue: currently right side bar section shows Agents which is tedious to go in Agent to interact rather it should be preserved for humans and have central dashboard for Human with tabs Agents and Chat. Where in Agents it can find all agents in domain groups. And chat is central to communicate to agents. And keep leader agent for groups.

Also this new chat tab need feature to interact human to human via it's personal agent that will mimic the humans.md or either we can make Humans as Agent too for Human to human interact. So chat can have Agents drop down to choose or humans drop down to choose.

I see where you're going with this, I won't do exactly this, but I think something along these lines is the vision.
