[bug] Test errors but doesn't fail

Describe the bug
Looks like some of the tome integration tests are erroring.
It seems like these error are not causing the test to fail.

To Reproduce

1. main branch
2. cd implants
3. cargo test

Expected behavior
Tests shouldn't error unless specifically testing error state.
Tests should fail when unexpected errors are raised.
