Stability Report

All new tests in implants/lib/eldritchv2/eldritch-core/tests/builtins_extended.rs passed 20 consecutive runs without failure.

Changes

  • Fix: any() and all() now correctly iterate over strings (e.g., any("abc") is True), aligning with Python behavior and other Eldritch builtins like map.
  • Test: Added builtins_extended.rs covering:
    • map over strings and empty lists.
    • filter over strings and with None predicate.
    • zip over strings and mixed types.
    • sorted with key, reverse, and string inputs.
    • max/min on strings.
    • any/all on strings (previously failing), lists, and sets.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 14579654627576726935 started by @KCarretto

- Implemented `any()` and `all()` support for String types in `eldritch-core`, fixing a logic gap where they would throw 'not iterable' errors.
- Added `tests/builtins_extended.rs` to provide comprehensive coverage for `map`, `filter`, `zip`, `sorted`, `max`, `min`, `any`, and `all`, specifically targeting edge cases and string iteration.
- Verified stability with a 20x stress test run of the new test suite.
