issue running `spin otel setup`

Error response from daemon: mounts denied:
The path /opt/homebrew/etc/spinframework-spin/plugins/otel/otel-config/loki.yaml is not shared from the host and is not known to Docker.

In general i am not sure how to get telemetry working with Spin v3.6.2. After trying to use to otel plugin, i switched to directly running jaeger:

docker run -d --name jaeger \
  -e COLLECTOR_OTLP_ENABLED=true \
  -p 4318:4318 \
  -p 16686:16686 \
  jaegertracing/all-in-one:latest

I am getting this error:

I'm not sure what's up with spin otel setup.

I think when you're using Jaeger directly you need to use a different url than http://localhost:4318/v1/metrics\. I believe that is an OTel collector URL and not a Jaeger URL.
