I’m turning a backlog of private AI experiments into public tools, notes, demos, and learning materials.

The work clusters around five things I keep coming back to: fluency, evidence, usefulness, practice, and community.

Fluency: materials to support the work of understanding key areas of current AI: what the tools do, how they behave, where they fail, and how to reason with them in context.

Evidence: harnesses, traces, run logs, source maps, evaluation checklists, replay notes, containment boundaries, and failure reviews for agent work.

Usefulness: field notes on the state of the useful: what current tools are good for, where they break, what is changing, and what is worth learning now.

Practice: exercises, workshops, demos, and repeatable formats for trying the tools, noticing failure modes, and getting better.

Community: introductions, office hours, group practice, event experiments, and maps of the rooms that already exist, or should exist.

Support directly increases my bandwidth for the release work in terms of cleaning up repositories, documenting decisions, preparing examples, finishing demos, and keeping a steadier public cadence.
