`ziggy run` could have an option for timeouts

ziggy run could stop running an input after a certain amount of time has elapsed, in case of an infinite loop for example.

cargo ziggy run -i output/name/timeouts/1234567/ -x -t 2 => would crash on the first input that takes more than 2 seconds to execute
