[BuildToolOpt] ReplaceStation + EnableHologram = Free PLS/ILS upgrade without item #69
Description
ReplaceStation should check if we actually have the item because of EnableHologram.
If I build A PLS/ILS, and select a GIGA Station that I don't have and place it on top of the PLS/ILS it will upgrade it (even though I had 0 of it in my inventory) and give me back the original PLS/ILS.
