Better UI

See screenshot below (it is part of the browser after whole page was blocked):

Issues:

1. Tab's title - should be something like Stop-It - Page was blocked
2. New URL - URL should remain same as before, e.g. the address of blocked URL should be here
3. Output page - output page should be better than this but keep in mind that the same page have to be used also as a part of a page (for example when some ad for porn site is blocked).

Some notes on it:

1. consider that the page will not be used just as a whole page but should be used also as a part - or make two of them
2. there is already some html page inside the add-on ... all pages should have the same style...
