Sun's intensity is lower in A-Frame 1.7.0 compared to 1.6.0

Using A-Frame 1.7.0 and the newest aframe-environment-component, the Sun's intensity (hemisphere light) is noticeably lower when compared to its intensity in A-Frame 1.6.0. This occurs when using the "atmosphere" skyType. Changing the lightPosition doesn't help either.

With arches preset that is using atmosphere sky type.
aframe-environment-component 1.3.7 / A-Frame 1.6.0 with no additional lights

aframe-environment-component 1.5.0 / A-Frame 1.7.0 with no additional lights

so that component alone work as intended.

You may see a difference in your scene if you already had renderer="physicallyCorrectLights: true;" and an additional light in your scene like it was the case in networked-aframe examples

If you had that above configuration, with aframe-environment-component 1.5.0 / A-Frame 1.7.0 you can remove renderer="physicallyCorrectLights: true;" that is the default in A-Frame 1.7.0 and you need to adapt your own lights, divide by 3.14 so <a-entity light="type:ambient;intensity:0.32"></a-entity>

Thank you, using <a-entity light="type:ambient;intensity:0.32"></a-entity> and increasing the intensity made it look like it did before. I didn't use the renderer in my code, I only used the environment component and nothing else.

This is what it looks like for me with this code:

If you didn't use renderer="physicallyCorrectLights: true;" in A-Frame 1.6.0 and you had additional lights, then you need to multiply the intensity by 3.14 on your additional lights.

I have your second screenshot on both aframe-environment-component 1.3.7 / A-Frame 1.6.0 and aframe-environment-component 1.5.0 / A-Frame 1.7.0

My comment about dividing by 3.14 the ambient light when switching to A-Frame 1.7.0 and with renderer="physicallyCorrectLights: true;" previously in A-Frame 1.6.0 was specific to the usage we did in the networked-aframe examples to have a bit more light and because the ambient light included with environment component was multiplied by 3.14 between 1.3.7 and 1.5.0, I had to decrease the intensity of the additional light. Anyway I even removed the additional ambient light in networked-aframe/networked-aframe#496
