Migration screen infinitely showing on network loss

There seems to be similar issue in bitkit-android as there is currently being fixed in synonymdev/bitkit-ios#381

Tested as follows:

• have wallet in RN
• Disable network using Network Link Conditioner
• Install Bitkit-android
