I can't connect to my WiFi

I installed the firmware via the web browser, went to the IP address noted on the screen, and entered my WiFi SSID and password. When I saved the settings the device rebooted, the screen said "Initializing Wifi...", but ended up back in AP mode. It didn't display the Tinytron logo like I was expecting.

So far I have...

• Re-entered my SSID and PW via the web browser page
• Tried using my IoT network
• Restarted the device
• Reinstalled the firmware via the web browser

Nothing has worked. I'm still a novice, so I'm not sure what else I can try beyond that.

It's the second report I'm seeing for this issue. I've never experienced it myself. Are you using a 5GHz only network by any chance ?

I believe my router can switch between 2.4GHz and 5GHz. My IoT network is 2.4GHz only.

I did discover something interesting: I was able to connect to my phones mobile hotspot and get past that. I tried to play a video via the web browser UI, but it only showed a blank screen.

EDIT: For what it's worth I haven't added the SD card bit yet, so I haven't tested anything with that method.
