Thought process being included for completions.

Expected Behavior

I really like seeing the thought process but having it shown and included in every proposed completion is a bit too much.

Actual Behavior

Maybe there could be an option to enable/disable having it included together or, even better, to have the thought process as a popup or placed in another area.

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

1. Regular OpenAI setup and completion enabled.

Hi thanks for this, does this still show up when you disable "Few shot prompts (Beta)" in settings?

It does seem like some models (esp those with less parameters) fail to produce output in the right format... I will look into this
