Remove rolls to complete each grade

Since the 18.08 update the rolls needed to upgrade a module are now fixed. G1 takes one roll, G2 takes two and so on. That makes the boxes to configure how many rolls it should assume for calculating the materials you need obsolete.

The first time you complete a grade at an engineer, the grades take 5 rolls each.

After that, they take G1=1, G2=2, G3=3, G4=4, G5=5.

To explicitly state an assumption: the 1/2/3/4/5 rolls for grades 1/2/3/4/5 assume that you are already at max reputation with the engineer. If you are not, then it takes 5 rolls per grade, so there is a case where the boxes may be wanted.
