Feature request: right‑click bandwidth buttons → Low/High cut options
The current right‑click custom bandwidth menu is helpful. It would be even more useful if it also allowed setting Low‑cut and High‑cut filter values separately.

Many users prefer a low‑cut higher than 100 Hz (e.g., 200–250 Hz) for improved voice clarity.

A numeric option (or sliders) for both Low and High would be faster and more precise than zooming in and dragging the edges in the applet.
Suggested wording in the context menu:

“Set Low‑cut filter”
“Set High‑cut filter”
followed by a small dialog or numeric entry for each.

Triage Analysis

Thanks for the feature request — this is a practical improvement for voice operators who want precise control over filter edges without dragging in the spectrum.

Current behavior

The bandwidth preset buttons (in both RxApplet and VfoWidget) have a right-click context menu with two options:

• "Set Custom Width..." — opens a QInputDialog for a single integer (total filter width in Hz)
• "Reset to Defaults"

When a preset is applied, applyFilterPreset(int widthHz) computes lo and hi values based on the current mode (e.g. USB: lo=95, hi=widthHz; LSB: lo=-widthHz, hi=-95; CW: centered; etc.) and calls m_slice->setFilterWidth(lo, hi). The user has no direct control over the low-cut or high-cut edges individually — only the total width.

What needs to change

Add two new menu actions to the existing right-click context menu on filter preset buttons in both src/gui/RxApplet.cpp (~line 1547) and src/gui/VfoWidget.cpp (~line 2944):

1. "Set Low-Cut Filter..." — opens a QInputDialog pre-filled with the current m_slice->filterLow() value (or its absolute value for LSB). Sets only the low edge while keeping the high edge unchanged.
2. "Set High-Cut Filter..." — same idea, sets only the high edge while keeping the low edge unchanged.

Both actions would call m_slice->setFilterWidth(lo, hi) directly with one edge from user input and the other from the current slice state, bypassing the mode-aware width-centering logic in applyFilterPreset().

The menu labels should be mode-aware to avoid confusion:

• USB/DIGU/FDV: "Set Low-Cut Filter..." / "Set High-Cut Filter..." (positive Hz values, intuitive)
• LSB/DIGL: The filter edges are negative offsets, so the dialog should present them as positive values and negate internally (e.g. current filterLow=-2800 → show "2800 Hz" to the user)
• CW/AM/SAM/DSB: Both edges are meaningful; show signed or absolute values as appropriate

The SliceModel already exposes filterLow() and filterHigh() and setFilterWidth(int, int), so no model changes are needed.

Scope & complexity

This is a small, self-contained change — roughly 30-40 lines added to each of the two context menus. No new files, no protocol changes, no settings changes needed.

Questions for the reporter

1. Should the low/high cut values persist as part of the preset? Currently presets only store a single width value. Storing per-preset low/high cut values would be a larger change (new settings schema). Alternatively, the low/high cut actions could be "one-shot" adjustments that modify the current filter without changing what the preset button does on left-click. Which would you prefer?
2. Are you primarily using this in USB/LSB voice modes? That will help prioritize which modes get the cleanest UX for the dialog labels.
