Is there a difference between this Out of sync icon and Out of sync filter?
Should test cases with this label appear when using the "Out of sync" filter?
Answer:
No, there is no direct connection.
Icon #1 is just a reminder that the test does not contain (or may not contain) an ID.
In fact, it doesn’t affect anything.
However, the "Out of Sync" status is actually important because it indicates that there were changes either on the code side or the description side that should be reviewed in order to synchronize the data.
